AirLink Filtros’ duct filter boxes are suitable for duct mounting and are constructed of galvanized steel sheet with an optional epoxy paint finish. They feature an inspection door for easy cleaning and maintenance of the filters.
The filters can be installed using springs, rods, or rails that guarantee a 100% watertight seal. The filter boxes manufactured by AirLink Filtros were specially designed to accommodate up to 3 filtration stages.
Filtration boxes are sized according to the flow rates of the equipment and the types of filters to be used. The models AL-CGF they were specially designed to house 2 filtration stages (coarse filters – G1 to G4 and fine filters – M5 to F9 according to NBR 16101), offering high efficiency, practicality in installation and speed in maintenance.
Available for the following types of filters: Metal Filters, Flat Disposable Filters, Multi-Bag Filters and Fine Filters with filter medium in pleated cellulose paper or glass microfiber.

The models AL-CHC They were specially designed to house 2 stages of filtration: High-efficiency filters (fine class M5 to F9 according to NBR 16101), absolute filters (class E-10 to H-14 according to DIN EN 1822), or activated carbon filters for gas/odor attenuation. They feature a snap-fit and fastening system that allows for progressive tightening, guaranteeing a complete seal.
