Activated Charcoal Pleated Filters

The activated charcoal pleated filters manufactured by AirLink Filtros Model AL-PL/CA absorb odors and harmful, corrosive and irritating gases.

Activated charcoal is the most used absorbent in air purification and in pollutants control.

Manufactured with frames in rigid cardboard or metallic and filtering element in synthetic fiber, impregnating with activated charcoal micro granules.

Applications:

The activated charcoal pleated filters are indicated for absorbing smoke, cigarrete, grease, solvent odors in painting installations and also chemical gases, such as chloride in paper and cellulose industries, among other substances.

For each case, it will be necessary  a specific type of activated charcoal, therefore, always consult the technical department. The activated charcoal operating life depends on the type and amount of the compounds to be absorbed. We recommend the usage of pre-filtration.
