Filtration Boxes for Duct 1, 2 or 3 Filtration Stages
The filtration boxes for duct manufactured by AirLink Filtros are appropriated for assembling in ducts, manufactured in sheets of galvanized steel, stainless steel or with epoxy painting. The possess inspection door to facilitate filters cleaning and maintenance.
The filters can be installed through springs, rods or rails that guarantee 100% of the filters sealing. The filtration boxes manufactured by AirLink Filtros were specially designed to pack up to 03 filtration stages.
The filtration boxes are dimensioned according to the equipment flow and the types of filters to be used. The boxes model AL-CGF have been specially designed to pack 02 filtration stages (thick filters – G1 to G4 and fine filters – M5 to F9 NBR 16101) offering great efficiency, practicality in the installation and agility in maintenance.
Available for the following filter models: Metallic Filters, Disposable Flats, Multipocket Filters and Fine Filters with filtrating medium in pleated paper or glass microfiber.

The filtration boxes model AL-CHC have been specially projected to pack 02 filtration stages, high efficiency filters – (Fine class M5 to F9 according to NBR 16101) absolute (class E-10 to H-14, according to DIN EN 1822) or activated charcoal filter for attenuation of gases/odors, present filters fit and fixation systems that allow the progressive squeeze, guaranteeing the total sealing of the filters.
